Why I Built This.
I was a 3x CHRO who trained AI models at OpenAI, Meta and Microsoft and built AI-driven courses for Coursera. I had coached over 2,300 executives over a decade and a half. I had seen every HR transformation playbook there was.
And then I noticed something nobody was talking about.
The most accomplished professionals I worked with — VP-level, C-suite, 20+ years of expertise — were terrified. Not because they were bad at their jobs. Because their jobs were about to be restructured around AI, and nobody was showing them how to come out on top.
Every piece of advice they got was the same: "upskill," "learn to prompt," "take a certification." But upskilling alone doesn't close an income gap. It just makes you a slightly more expensive employee who's still competing against machines.
I spent 18 months studying what separated the executives who thrived from the ones who were falling behind. The answer wasn't a skill. It was a structure — a way of designing multiple AI-leveraged income streams from a single expertise base.
I called it Portfolio Engineering. And I built the tools to make it real.
