Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of portlev.com and the services offered by Portfolio Leverage Company ("PortLev", "we"). By using the site or purchasing a service you agree to them.
Services
PortLev provides AI advisory and build services, including the AI Org Audit, Fractional Chief AI Officer retainers, corporate AI programs, custom AI product builds, courses and cohort programs. The specific scope, timeline and price of any paid engagement is defined in the offer page or statement of work you accept at purchase.
AI Org Audit refund guarantee
The guarantee, in plain English: the AI Org Audit costs $997 and takes 7 days from receiving your completed intake. If the delivered audit does not identify at least $10,000 in annualized time, labor or cost savings for your organization, we refund the full $997. Email yuri@portlev.com within 14 days of delivery and the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. No forms, no argument.
The guarantee requires a completed intake questionnaire and reasonable access to the information the audit needs. Savings estimates are good-faith professional projections based on the information you provide; implementing them is your decision and responsibility.
Courses, cohorts and digital products
Refund terms for courses, cohorts and digital products are stated on their respective checkout pages. Where a partner platform hosts enrollment (for example ForwardShare Ventures for the Executive AI Cohort), that platform's purchase terms apply to the transaction.
No professional advice
Content on this site is educational. It is not legal, tax, investment or accounting advice. Engagement deliverables are provided for your internal business use.
Intellectual property
Site content, frameworks and product names (including Portfolio Engineering, Beast Score, AI Build Gap and AI Wage Gap materials) belong to Portfolio Leverage Company or their respective owners. Engagement-specific IP ownership is defined in the applicable statement of work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortLev's total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
