This policy covers portlev.com and the web properties operated by Portfolio Leverage Company ("PortLev", "we"). It describes what we collect, why and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address and message, processed through Formspree and delivered to our inbox. Used only to reply to you.
- Newsletter signups: your email address, used to send the newsletters you subscribed to. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- Analytics: we use Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. It collects aggregate page statistics only. No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
- Payments: paid offers are processed by Stripe or the named checkout partner. We never see or store your card details.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad cookies on this site.
- We do not add you to a mailing list you did not sign up for.
Data retention and your rights
We keep contact and subscriber data only as long as needed to serve you. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing yuri@portlev.com. We respond within 30 days.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small set of processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Formspree (contact form), Resend and Beehiiv (email delivery), Plausible (analytics) and Stripe (payments where applicable). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
